Spring is here and the new beds are coming to life. Garlic and onions are sprouting, beetroot and broad beans should appear soon. Come and see what’s been planted and how it is growing. Inevitably the weeds are growing too so they need some management.

Our newsletter for June sets out the tasks for this month, do call in and see how the plants are growing, every day sees changes.

We are busy preparing for the Mortlake Fair on Saturday 23 June where we shall be selling plants. Do come to our next session to help with preparations. Alternatively come and sit in the garden and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

We are grateful to the Richmond Borough Civic Pride Fund for awarding us a grant to renew the raised beds and to the Mortlake with East Sheen Society for contributing to improvements and equipment.

The garden is open every day during daylight hours.
