Regular exercise helps you to stay fit, flexible and healthy.

This class is a gentle keep fit session. Some of the exercises are sitting down, others are standing up. Each person does as much or as little as they can. The class is led by Ann Dickie, an experienced and popular teacher of gentle exercise.

For those who wish there is an additional seated session from 1.00 to 1.15pm to practise keeping the short- and long-term memory active.

Wheelchair users are welcome.
