This class is suitable for all levels and consists of breathing and warm up exercises followed by a gentle sequence of postures punctuated by brief periods of relaxation. On conclusion of the sequence the class enters into a long final period of relaxation. Postures, also known as asanas, maybe challenging at times but there are a number of variations which allow both beginners and more advanced participants to equally benefit from each class. The classes will help to build strength, stamina and mental clarity, so at the end of the class participants will feel relaxed and invigorated.
